Website FAQ

I saw a model I wanted to buy and now it's listed as "SOLD!" What gives?

It means the model has already been sold and is no longer available for purchase. If you see a model you want to buy, it's recommended you e-mail me *immediately* rather than wait. But please, serious buyers only.

I said I wanted a model but you never responded! What gives?

Telling me you want "the latest model" doesn't help me when I've uploaded three new models. Or when I've uploaded even more new models in between checking e-mail. Please be as specific as possible when ordering models. Also, someone may have already purchased that specific model. Often I'll respond to these e-mail but with the high volume of mail I recieve some do slip through the cracks.

What are the CODENAMES for? What do they do?

Many Mage Knight models look similar, the codenames help make sure you the buyer recieves the exact model you're looking at. Keep in mind that miniature painting is not an exact science, and some models may vary slightly from their picture.

I see models marked "Not for Sale!" What gives?!

Certain models are simply not available for purchase. To avoid confusion, we label the models as such. Unless you have large amounts of cash to burn, please do not make any offers on these figures, and do NOT offer to trade for them.

I want to trade figures! I'll trade you...

It is VERY unlikely I'll want to trade these models for anything. Except cash. ;-)

You disgusting capatalistic pig dog! You're selling figures! And they're expensive! I refuse to pay! Or I want them and I'll try to haggle with you! You're making tons of money off this site! So why not give me a break on the price?! You can afford it!

I actually get tardtastic e-mails like this. News flash, this site runs at a deficit, i.e. it *costs* me money. Generally, this site is about ninety dollars in the hole at any given moment. Add up the costs of paint, glue, basing materials, tools and more, and the cost to me is even higher.

Selling figures helps keep the cost of the site managable. If I gave one person a discount, word would get out, and I'd have to give *everyone* a discount. And that would suck for me. So the prices are fixed.
