Mage Knight Painter's Edition contain exactly the same figures as Mage Knight Unlimited -- the box is even labeled Mage Knight Unlimited Painter's Edition. The figures however, are suppleid unpainted and cast out of a higher-quality plastic and the figures are not attached to their bases, allowing an additional degree of freedom in painting your models.
